In the kink community and the lifestyle, we rock at communicating limits, boundaries, consent and respect, plus we check in with our partner/s.  At home, if we have a core coupleship, we don't always translate those skills.  I will be presenting on how to improve your communication and transfer the  excellent skills you already have into creating a more effective interaction at home. Teaching John Gottman and other clinical expert communication skills and tips, I will assist you in improving respectful communication in your relationships: ways to frame your concerns/requests, opening up about covert power in handling daily topics, defense mechanisms, how to handle a conflict stand still and reflective listening skills.
